Fall Wedding with Alex and Matt

This Trump National Bedminster wedding went off without a hitch. Well I guess the “hitch” would be the good kind, the Bride & Groom getting hitched! Wedding coordination can be tricky when you have an “off-site” ceremony, a large wedding party, and a large venue. For Bride, Alex, she knew the details and timing were everything, so she hired the extra help of coordinator and planner, Jodie, of Particular Planner. 

Alex and her groom, Matt, had pulled off the perfect Trump National Bedminster wedding. The day started with both getting ready on the Trump National Bedminster property. They chose not to have a first look and meet at their church, but to still maximize the time after the ceremony for mostly “Bride & Groom portraits”. To help with this, I planned to have Alex photographed with her bridesmaids and her family before the ceremony and the same for Matt and his family and groomsmen. 

This could have been an extra challenge with the large party and the suites not being adjacent. However, Trump National Bedminster weddings are so experienced and accommodating to their couples. The venue worked with Jodi and me to seamlessly transport Alex’s brothers from the groom’s suite to her space and Matt’s family to him right on time for our planned photos. 

When a ceremony is in a different location as the venue, transportation is another factor to coordinate into your wedding timeline. It can be overwhelming how details like these add up! When asking Alex what the most difficult part of the planning process was, she said,

“Coordinating all the timelines, and vendors. I don’t know what I would have done without Jodie. My best advice for future wedding couples, get a wedding planner! The last thing you want to do a week before the biggest day of your life is coordinate vendors, schedules, etc.”

I can say, as an all-day witness to this Trump National Bedminster wedding, the day was stress free for the couple. When I spoke with them multiple times leading up to the wedding, I knew they cared about the details but the party, music, and everyone dancing was just as important. Leaving the coordinating to their team of experienced vendors made the party a huge a success. See for yourself below!
