My inspiration for “Peach Photography” comes from the experience of the “peach and the pit”, a light-hearted social discussion that has us ponder the best and worst part of our day. It is a reminder that not every day is great, but every day has something great in it.

That is my goal as a photographer...to have my work reflect what it is that makes a day special; what it is that makes a moment special.

Lauren & Jack’s Celebration

Fiddler’s Elbow has yet to disappoint! On July 22nd, 2023, I had the pleasure of capturing Lauren & Jack Paladino’s beautiful summer wedding at Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club located in Bedminster, NJ. Although I frequently find myself photographing weddings at this venue, each wedding is unique, filled with its own special moments, emotions, and details that come together to create a memorable day.

Leading up to the wedding, there was one concern that lingered in their minds: the weather. A factor that’s beyond anyone’s control, it’s no surprise that they hoped for clear skies and gentle breezes. Yet, beyond this, excitement trumped nervousness. The couple’s enthusiasm was palpable, and it was clear they were eagerly looking forward to celebrating their love with family and friends.

Reflecting on the planning process, Lauren shared that the best part was the collaborative effort. The Paladino’s worked together harmoniously to craft a day that celebrated their decade-long journey as a couple. Their bond was evident in the way they coordinated and made decisions, creating a wedding that truly felt like a reflection of them as a couple.

For those embarking on their own wedding planning journey, Lauren had advice to share….

“Enjoy the whole day and be present! After it was all over, we remembered spending most of

our day with each other more than with anyone else throughout the day. Don’t leave each

other’s side!”

-Bride, Lauren

…It’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of the event, but they found that the moments they cherished the most were the ones spent together, just the two of them. Their bond and love remained the focal point amidst the celebrations.

To make their wedding uniquely their own, Lauren and Jack incorporated elements that showcased their love for food and their Italian heritage…

“We LOVE to eat together and we LOVE our Italian heritage so we needed gelato and pizza to end the night. The gelato cart and pizza truck were a hit!”

-Lauren

Their love story is as sweet as it is unique. Meeting in high school, their journey began at a mutual friend’s backyard birthday party. Little did they know that this would mark the start of a relationship that would flourish over a decade. Born just two days apart and baptized together, their love story was truly destined from the start.

It was an honor to capture the Paladino’s on their special day at Fiddler’s Elbow. Their love story and planning journey created a wedding that was not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful.
