My inspiration for “Peach Photography” comes from the experience of the “peach and the pit”, a light-hearted social discussion that has us ponder the best and worst part of our day. It is a reminder that not every day is great, but every day has something great in it.

That is my goal as a photographer...to have my work reflect what it is that makes a day special; what it is that makes a moment special.

Stephanie and Bryan

Every wedding holds its own beautiful story, and Stephanie and Bryan’s Edgewood Country Club Fall wedding was a perfect example of this. Their journey, from rekindling a connection after years apart to tying the knot October 2024 at Edgewood Country Club, was an absolute joy to capture. Let me walk you through their unforgettable wedding day and the love story that led up to it.

Stephanie and Bryan have always been adventurers, seeking out new places to explore together. Over the years, they’ve shared countless trips, including visits to Seattle, Boca Raton, and Niagara Falls. So, when it came time for Bryan to pop the question, he knew a getaway would be the perfect setting.

On April 28, 2023, they planned a date night at the stunning Asbury Ocean Club with cocktails and elegant vibes. Bryan had envisioned a sunset beach proposal, but Mother Nature had other plans. Pouring rain forced him to think on his feet and move the proposal plans to the cozy drawing room of the hotel. When Bryan asked a “stranger” (aka me, their photographer!) to snap a photo, Stephanie had no idea what was coming next. Bryan dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him. Stephanie said “yes,” and the celebration began.

Edgewood Country Club was the perfect venue for their October wedding day. Its spacious layout and central location between both their families made it ideal. While there were no concerns about the venue itself, the unpredictable October weather remained a worry—but the day turned out sunny and warm, a true blessing.

Stephanie and Bryan planned their wedding as a team, working together on every detail…

It was never one of us working through the details alone. It’s the first big project we’ve ever worked on together and how fitting it was for our wedding day.”  – Bride, Stephanie

…The Younghans made their Edgewood Country Club wedding even more special by incorporating personal touches, like Bryan’s brother James officiating the ceremony and meaningful readings from loved ones.

Their advice for future couples?…

The hardest part was getting RSVPs – we should’ve given a shorter RSVP window!” – Stephanie

…Stephanie’s advice is spot on. Having a shorter RSVP window helps keep things on track and reduce last-minute stress. Future brides and grooms, take note!

The Younghan’s Edgewood Country Club wedding was a true delight. From the excitement of getting ready to the emotional moments during the ceremony and the laughter-filled reception, every photo exhibited overall happiness. As always, it was an honor to document these once-in-a-lifetime moments—check out Stephanie and Bryan’s photos below!
